RETURN POLICY
Undamaged merchandise
must be returned within 30 days of the ship date, and must be in saleable
condition with original container and packing.
Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the merchandise. Note:
Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
DAMAGED
MERCHANDISE
Although
the likelihood of your receiving damaged merchandise is minimal, it does
happen on occasion. With the
exception Rush Delivery items
(which are normally refunded versus reshipped), damaged merchandise will be refunded or replaced at your
preference.
If your merchandise is damaged during shipment, please contact Customer Service immediately at
service@ThingsFromTheHeart.com .
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the
ship date. (Please do not write on the merchandise box packed inside.)
Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise, we will process your
refund or reship, whichever is your preference.
